Burnside Village Office
As part of the recent Burnside Village extension, this 540m² workplace has been thoughtfully designed to reflect the values and vision of Cohen Group’s identity, a family-owned company founded in 1993 and now regarded as one of South Australia’s most respected property management, investment, and development groups. The office serves as the operational hub for the group, whose portfolio includes the iconic Burnside Village Shopping Centre.
Anchoring the entry is a sculptural interpretation of the Burnside Village maple leaf, This design feature is a subtle gesture that offers a tribute to place and legacy, grounding the new space in a sense of history.
The layout has been carefully considered to foster a balance between openness and intimacy, allowing for flexibility in how the space is used. From expansive meeting areas, to more secluded zones for focused work, every detail has been designed to elevate the experience of those who use it.
